Registration and Packet Pick-Up
Registration and Packet Pick-Up will be available at Central Park located on 4th Street, Davis, CA 95616. The LIVESTRONG Village and Packet Pick-Up hours are Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. There will also be a brief Packet Pick-Up on Sunday morning, June 24 from 6:30–7 a.m. The 7 a.m. deadline will be strictly enforced and rider tracking will NOT be provided for anyone who arrives after this time.
All riders and encouraged to claim their packets on Saturday during the open hours.
You may have someone collect your packet for you so long as you understand that once we give your packet to that person we are no longer responsible for the contents therein. Were something to be lost, particularly the bib number, there is a chance we may not be able to reassign you a bib number or replace the lost item. Please provide the person coming to claim your packet with your Supporter ID (found on the homepage of your fundraising HQ) and t-shirt size.
Riders please remember that you must meet the $250 fundraising minimum in order to participate in our event. If you have additional donations that you would like to count towards your fundraising total, please bring them with you on Saturday during open hours. We will process them at our Donation Station.
Cancer survivors who are participating in the ride will have a designated lane to receive your packet and incentives. It will be clearly marked, so please use this service to fast-track your wait time.
Team Packet Pick-Up
A Team Packet Pick-Up will also be available in the large tent designated for the individual Packet Pick-Up, just look for the lane designated for teams. Registered teams of 8 or more members may use this option. Only one team member is required to pick up for the team and we recommend that the team captain take on this role. That individual will need to verify which team members they are picking up for and will also need each team members t-shirt size.
The turnaround time for Team Packet Pick-Up varies depending on the size of your team. Our staff will take your call phone number so you can visit our Village while we fill the order and pack your team's packets and incentives into boxes. This will include individual rider bibs. Please note that we will not supply a packet for any team member who has not met the $250 fundraising minimum.
