Office Volunteers

The LIVESTRONG Foundation relies heavily on volunteers who are committed to our mission. While our offices are located in Austin, Texas, there are many ways to get involved no matter where you live. You can become a grassroots advocate, fundraiser, participate in the Team LIVESTRONG Challenge Series or volunteer at a Challenge event.

Office Volunteer

If you live in or near Austin, Texas, you can volunteer at LIVESTRONG Headquarters by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Office volunteers help keep our administrative costs down and help ensure that our resources can be dedicated to helping people affected by cancer.

Intern

The LIVESTRONG Foundation offers non-paid internships to students interested in gaining experience in a nonprofit setting. Interns work directly with a Foundation employee in various areas in the organization. Learn more about Foundation Internships.

LIVESTRONG Transportation Volunteer

If you live in Travis County, you can make a big difference by driving survivors to cancer related appointments. If you have a valid driver license, current automobile insurance meeting Texas state liability minimums and have a safe, reliable vehicle, please fill out our volunteer driver application. All eligible applicants will be invited to a training session.

Evening and Weekend Volunteer

If you are in the Austin area but cannot work during regular business hours, you may be added to our list of evening and weekend volunteers. These volunteers are contacted via email when an opportunity arises.
