• Main Stage – Support programming and help manage flow during key announcements and entertainment.
• Shade Tent 1 + 2 – Welcome participants and offer a relaxing, shaded rest area for riders and runners.
• Finish Line Club – Celebrate participants’ achievements with refreshments and an uplifting atmosphere.
• VIP Area – Assist in providing an elevated experience for top fundraisers, sponsors, and special guests.
• Tribute Wall – Help attendees honor loved ones impacted by cancer by guiding them in adding messages.
• Mission Area – Educate visitors about Livestrong’s mission and the programs their support powers.
• Volunteer Tent – Check in volunteers, distribute supplies, and ensure teams have what they need.
• Spirit/Kids Tent – Bring energy and fun while supporting family-friendly activities and cheering zones.
• Merchandise Tent – Assist with sales and inventory of Livestrong gear and apparel.
• Auction Raffle Tent – Manage auction/raffle items and engage guests to help raise additional funds.
• Registration – Welcome participants, distribute event materials, and answer general event questions.
• Jersey Pick-Up – Help riders receive their official jerseys and ensure sizes are distributed correctly.
• General Information – Be a go-to for event questions and direct guests to various areas of the venue.
• Celebration Café – Assist with food service and keeping the celebration area welcoming and clean.
• Pre-Event on Saturday – Support setup and early check-in needs the day before the Challenge.
• Yellow Rose Celebration (Nov 1) – Help organize and execute our meaningful pre-event evening tribute.
• Yellow Rose Finish Line – Cheer on finishers and ensure the area is vibrant and full of celebratory energy.
• Awards Tent – Assist in preparing and presenting awards for top fundraisers and participants.
• Sponsor Area – Support our valued sponsors by helping with booth setup and guest engagement.
